I found the staff very friendly, and the comfy beds made our stay enjoyable. being just a short stroll away from Rutledge Park and only about 2 km from the Royal BC Museum made exploring the city effortless and exciting.

It was just a commendable fit for an overnight stay in Victoria with decent value for money. The room had a kitchenette which was handy for quick meals. If driving, be cautious of the tricky exit from the parking lot.

I had a pleasant surprise when I found out my room had a decent kitchenette with utensils and a comfy bed. didn't think much of it initially, but it sure made the stay more enjoyable. Oh and the pool area was nice and chill, perfect for recharging after long days.

Right when we arrived, we were treated like royalty, and the room was so cozy it felt like home. I loved lounging by the heated outdoor pool and relaxing in the inviting hot tub—it was the perfect way to unwind! Just a heads up, the coffee in the room wasn’t the best, but it didn’t take away from our lovely stay. ☕️

i had a wonderful stay at red lion inn. the beds were super comfortable, which made getting a good night's sleep easy. the kitchenette was a fantastic feature, equipped with everything we needed for our family, including plates and utensils. it's just a short bus ride into the main area, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

I love staying here. it's truly perfect for me! The Wi-Fi is solid, free parking is a lifesaver, and the 24-hour reception is always ready to help. On my first visit, staff gave me the best local taxi tip. I'm coming back for Easter!

The bathroom railings were nearly detached!!! The air conditioning unit was noisy and outdated, making it hard to sleep. A couple of extra blankets would have been appreciated for those cooler nights!!!

Great value for a family stay with a well-maintained, spacious room and excellent coffee. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. However, the promised extra bed for our child never materialized, leading to an uncomfortable experience on the floor instead. Despite the challenges, the warm pool and peaceful atmosphere contributed positively to our overall experience.

The Ho Tong Restaurant, just a stone's throw away, serves up wicked grilled seafood that blew my mind! Also, the kitchenette in our studio was a lifesaver for late-night snacks—what a score! The staff were super friendly, making our stay even better.

The lounge bar was a bit of a letdown—sticky floors and thumping music didn't cut it. Also, the lack of a second chair in our room was a missed opportunity for a cozy dinner vibe.
